About
Brian started his journey in SEO in 1998, back in the days of AltaVista, Yahoo and Lycos. He taught himself web development and coding with Notepad and learned how to create graphics in Adobe Photoshop. Back then, SEO was already a part of web development, but it was seen as an add-on, rather than an integral part of ongoing digital marketing initiatives.
In 2007, Brian joined the SEO industry full-time during a lateral move to the marketing department of a real estate SEO agency. However, Brian was already doing SEO for his websites in the form of W3C-validated coding and creating websites from the ground up. And having worked for large companies such as Microsoft, United Healthcare and Bruce Clay, Inc., Brian is well-equipped to take on any SEO challenge.
With a comprehensive background in custom web design and development, technical SEO audits and SEO services in general, Brian is excited to return to iloveseo.com as Lead SEO.
